The U.S. Department of State has announced that regular passport processing times are now back to pre-pandemic levels.  This means that if you need a passport and you apply directly through your U.S. Post Office or County Clerk, you can expect standard processing to take 8 weeks and expedited processing to take 4 weeks.  Please note that this does not include the time for the passport application to be received through the mail or the time it takes for the completed passport to be mailed back to you.  The State Department does indicate that it can take up to 2 weeks for an application to be received when sent in through the post office.  If you need your passport faster than these timeframes, feel free to utilize our passport expediting services to rush your passport within much faster guaranteed timeframes.
