Dear Ben (and team) at Urgent Passport, The expedited passport for our son arrived this morning at 07:00 as promised (actually 1.5 hours early). We are so appreciative for the assistance your service provided in expediting our passport needs. When we discovered that our son's passport was expired 48 hours before our international family vacation, we were completely dismayed. Benjamin answered the phone on a Saturday morning (two hours before opening time) and provided accurate, calming instructions. The instructions, links and checklists on your website were thorough and easy to follow. We also appreciated the periodic telephone updates on the process and the ability to track the passport on its way back to us. Though our request was initiated on a weekend, we had the new passport within 72 hours of initial contact. It was amazing. Our travel plans only had to be postponed by 48 hours. Greetings: I want to thank Urgent Passport for helping me get a new passport in LESS THAN THREE DAYS. When I realized my passport was lost, it broke my heart. I was about to leave on a mission trip with my son. We've done a lot of traveling together, but not like this. You see, there is an orphanage in Haiti he started supporting five years ago. His family gives financial support and he takes 4 - 8 guys in their early 30s down twice a year to help with projects around the community, play with the kids and provide any additional support they can. This place, Caanan Christian Community, is very important to him (and now me). This was my first opportunity to also go and experience what had captured his heart in such a profound way.
