Child Passport
If you are under 16 years old, then a child passport is what you need. Even if you have had a passport before, you still need to apply for a child passport. There is no such thing as a renewal for a child. If you need a child fast passport, begin here by printing the instructions.
Child Passport: Is this what you need? Ask yourself this question:
- Are you age 15 or younger?
If you are age 15 and Under, you need to follow these instructions. Print instructions 1, 2, and 3 below. All three parts are required. If the child is 15 or younger, they should file for this type of application. There is no such thing as a renewal for a child.
Part 2 – How to Complete:
- Go Past the privacy disclaimer – and click “Apply Online” on the following page
- Enter all information requested by State Department (red asterisk fields are required)
- “Summary of Fees” page (only check $60 Expedite Fee & Passport Book Fee) & click SUBMIT
- Next Page – Scroll to bottom and click CREATE FORM
- Your completed Passport Application form will open as a PDF document, PRINT IT OUT
