24 hour processing service:

Urgent Passport Services guarantees that we will submit your passport for processing on the same day that we receive your application materials, with the exception of the following conditions: We must receive your passport application materials no later than 8:30am CST on the same day we intend to submit. Your application materials must be in good order and you should have included all materials specified in our instructions and the instructions listed on the government passport application. In the case of new, child, lost, damaged or replacement passports, you must have visited your local Passport Acceptance Agent to have your personal materials sealed in a security envelope. This is a Federal Regulation. If you have not followed this step, Urgent Passport Services guarantees that we will return your materials (at your cost) the same day we receive them. With very few exceptions, we intend to receive your passport 24 business hours after submission and ship it to you that day. We cannot be held responsible for Acts of God, inclement weather, delays caused by your shipping carrier (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS EXPRESS), delays caused by application decisions and/or application security holds by the Passport Agency, police/fire action causing slow-down or shutdown of any postal facility, shipping facility or Passport Agency, and finally we cannot be held responsible for emergency capacity restrictions imposed on us by Passport Agency or by the U.S. Department of State. We guarantee that we will inform you of any adverse conditions out of our/your control.

3 business day processing:

Urgent Passport Services guarantees that your passport will be completed by the 3rd business day from the day we receive your passport application materials. We must receive your materials by 830am CST in order for the 3 business day clock to "start ticking".

6 business day processing:

Urgent Passport Services guarantees that your passport will be completed by the 6th business day from the day we receive your passport application materials. We must receive your materials by 1030am CST in order for the 6-day clock to "start ticking". Your application materials must be in good order and you should have included all materials specified in our instructions and the instructions listed on the government passport application. In the case of new, child, lost, damaged or replacement passports, you must have visited your local Passport Acceptance Agent to have your personal materials sealed in a security envelope. This is a Federal Regulation. If you have not followed this step, Urgent Passport Services guarantees that we will return your materials (at your cost) the same day we receive them. With very few exceptions, we intend to receive your passport 6 business days after submission and ship it to you that day. We will also make every effort to return the passport to you sooner, but keep in mind this is a we-do-the-best-we-can effort and cannot guarantee times inside the 6 business day allotment. We cannot be held responsible for Acts of God, inclement weather, delays caused by your shipping carrier (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS EXPRESS), delays caused by application decisions and/or application security holds by the Passport Agency, police/fire action causing slow-down or shutdown of any postal facility, shipping facility or Passport Agency, and finally we cannot be held responsible for emergency capacity restrictions imposed on us by Passport Agency or by the U.S. Department of State. We guarantee that we will inform you of any adverse conditions out of our/your control.

You can expect professional, courteous service at all points during the passport application process. Urgent Passport Services will make every effort to get your passport to you within the allotted timeframe you specify. If you application is suspended for any reason by the Passport Agency, you will be notified as soon as humanly possible in order for you to get those clearance materials to Urgent Passport Services.  This prompt action on your part allows us to clear the suspense and ship your passport to you. You can expect a straight-forward answer to any of your questions. If we don't know the answer, we will make every effort to learn the correct answer and convey this information to you ASAP. Owe Child Support (in arrears)
Are wanted for arrest
Are currently serving probation
Are under order to appear in court (subpoena)
Are wanted for extradition

Your passport application will be denied and any monies you have paid to have your passport application expedited will be forfeited.
