Connecticut Office Special Instructions

When sending in your passport application to our Connecticut office, there is one special thing you must do when completing the online government form (Part 2 of the print outs on our site). When completing part 2 – you will be asked to enter in your passport application information. When you arrive at the section that asks for your “MAIL TO” address, you must enter our company’s Connecticut shipping address. That “MAIL TO” address should be:

UPS Store – Box 187
Norwalk, CT 06854

The government form will also ask you for your permanent address. For this section please fill in your home address. By inserting our company’s CT shipping address in the “MAIL TO” section, it helps the State Department sort through our company’s applications and allows them to process our clients’ passports much faster.
