Guys, sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name, but just wanted to send a round of thanks to all the team for getting my daughter’s passport together on very short notice. She was going to the World Synchronized Skating Championships in London Ontario and could not register as a skater without her passport. She was able to register to skate and her university team won second place in the world. Needless to say this was a wonderful occasion for my daughter, her mother and me. We all thank you very much for your diligence and capable handling of her passport replacement. Thanks!
