Air, Land, & Sea Passport Required

June 2009 and Beyond (New Passport Regulations for Driving and Cruising out of the Country)
As of June 1st, 2009 all U.S. citizens will be required to have a valid U.S. Passport when crossing the border by air, land, or sea. This rule has now gone into effect and there are no exceptions. Children and adults must have a valid passport for any border crossing out of the United States regardless of age.
